The Best Signs From No Kings Day
Somewhere between the brunch they skipped and the blisters they earned, an estimated 8 million Americans showed up Saturday with poster board, Sharpies, and something to say.
The third No Kings Day brought crowds into the streets across all 50 states — from St. Paul to Los Angeles — organized under the “50501” movement banner and aimed squarely at what protesters described as executive overreach, ICE enforcement actions, and the war in Iran.
The signs, as always, did a lot of the heavy lifting. “Things are so bad even the introverts are here.” “They’re eating the checks, they’re eating the balances.” “No Kings Since 1776.” Clever, cutting, and occasionally absurd. Here are the best ones we found.
